Paul Bishop serves Panasonic as a Program Instructor/Adjunct Professor at JCCC for Automation Engineering Technology. He has a passion for training and truly enjoy upskilling our labor force while developing the next generation of automation engineering technicians. Paul has 15 years of experience in avionics, including 3 years at GARMIN. He is a subject matter expert of precision electronics soldering and electronic assembly acceptability. He also serves as Chairman of the FAME advisory committee at KCKCC. Paul has a wonderful family and enjoys canoeing, kayaking and scuba diving.

John is a passionate IT and cybersecurity professional with decades of experience. He has served in key roles such as CEO, CIO, CISO, CTO, and VP, helping organizations of all sizes to build resilient IT systems, fortify their security systems, and grow security related practice offerings. He also owned and operated a successful Florida based MSP/MSSP for over 13 years.

With a background in military service and a deep understanding of industry regulations, he brings a unique perspective to the IT and cybersecurity landscape.

His experience includes several industry regulations and standards including HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, CCPA, CMMC, CJIS, ISO 27001, FEDRAMP, FERPA, GDPR, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, SOX, NY DFS, and PCI.

His progressive career reflects increasing responsibility in leadership roles with a proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams.

His dedication extends beyond my work, as evidenced by his numerous certifications and ongoing commitment to learning. He enjoys sharing his knowledge, whether it's through teaching, speaking at events, or writing for books or industry publications.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Penn Foster College and holds certifications such as CISSP, CFE, RDRP, CGCIO, Security+, and he is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Sarah Caldwell Hancock is senior project manager at editor at New Boston Creative Group, where she collaborates with the rest of the team to make sure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded. She brings more than 25 years of experience in publishing, editing, teaching, writing, communications and marketing in technology, higher education and healthcare. Sarah enjoys both big-picture strategic communication and nuts-and-bolts content development and editing, and she provides a final set of eyes at NBCG to make sure everything is perfect and polished. She grew up in western Kansas, graduated from Kansas State University (twice!), and spent time on the West Coast. She brought her native Californian husband and two young sons back to eastern Kansas 20 years ago, and she wouldn't trade the life they've had in the Flint Hills.

MAST founder, Elizabeth Muñoz-Lebaron, likes to say that she has molten metal running through her veins.
Born in the U.S. and raised in Mexico, Elizabeth was introduced to the family business, a scrap metal yard, at an early age. The business did well and soon the family was able to build a secondary lead smelting plant located just ten miles from the international border.
As a teenager, Elizabeth helped her father with the family business managing administrative tasks and joined him on the road when making sales calls. These experiences taught her the fundamentals of the recycling business… the markets, cultivating leads, and bi-national regulatory compliance.

Later, Elizabeth began buying and selling scrap on her own and held key positions with several recycling companies. Soon she would land a position at Shapiro Metals, one of the largest and most respected recycling companies in the U.S. This is where she would hone the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the corporate world.

After six years at Shapiro Metals, Elizabeth decided to revive MAST. Joining forces with her trusted mentors and a network of recycling professionals, she turned her attention again to the manufacturing and maquiladora industry. Her top priority, besides her family, is to help clients to embrace the revenue potential of their by-products and design recycling programs that achieve higher value.

Raja is currently a Principal with Oread Risk & Advisory. Raja has over 20 years of experience in NIST Assessments, SOC Reports, IT audits, HIPAA, and Risk and Security assessments. Earlier in his career, Raja led the Business & Technology Risk Services practice at CBIZ and Mayer Hoffman McCann and was also a senior management consultant for Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Raja serves a variety of clients within multiple industries including manufacturing, financial institutions, healthcare companies, technology companies, etc

Pat Richards is the Cyber Program Manager at SOFTwarfare, where he leads a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions. With expertise spanning application security, network defense, supply chain risk management, and system security planning, Pat plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of SOFTwarfare's cybersecurity operations.

Over the past decade, Pat has honed his skills across various sectors, from his work with SOFTwarfare supporting the identity security needs of multiple branches of the armed services and DoD Prime contractors, to his earlier role as Director of Product Management & Professional Services at Onspring Technologies. His hands-on experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of cybersecurity challenges from both a provider and practitioner perspective, particularly in the areas of compliance and risk management.

Pat holds dual degrees in Finance and Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from Benedictine College, equipping him with a business-first mindset in addressing today's complex security issues.

Todd Underwood is the Area Director in the Wichita Area Office. He has been a Kansas resident for 21-years. He is a graduate of Southwest College in Winfield, KS and Columbia Southern University, where he earned his Masters of Science, specializing in Safety. Todd also served for 21-years in the U.S. Air Force, where he served in Occupational Safety.

Allen Vinyard is the Director of the Industrial Safety and Health program within the Kansas Department of Labor. Allen is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management. In his 30-year career, he has worked with the Kansas Department of Labor as a Safety Consultant, was the Director of Safety for the Kansas Department of Transportation, as well as time spent working for a private construction company. He is a Professional Member of American Society of Safety Engineers. Allen obtained his ASP in 2018 and his CSP in 2020.
